Remixed by the inimitable Kaidi Tatham this version of Somehow Somewhere Someway by Ty has the unmistakable Kaidi Rhodes and a jazzy summertime feel. The track is from Ty's album A Work Of Heart and this single features the legendary Last Poet Umar Bin Hassan. The album has received significant airplay from stations including BBC 6 Music (Tom Robinson, Gideon Coe), Jazz FM (Tony Minvielle) and the original single being playlisted by over 2 dozen shows including Don Letts, Gilles Peterson, Huey and Gary Crowley. Tony Minvielle featured this remix on his show back in February.

Since the album's release, Ty has performed a European tour with Cypress Junkies and, following that, a UK Tour of his own. He recently performed at a festival in Hungary where his set was well-received.

Vinyl copies of the album sold out within 2 months of release and fans have been asking the label for more copies.
